End-of-the-Year Evaluations

As the end of the year approaches, it is time for performance evaluations. For those of you in management who are looking for some creative ways to communicate the performance achievements of your less gifted employees, here are some inspiring quotes taken from actual Federal Government employee performance evaluations.
